This course will provide landlords and property managers with the knowledge and tools to properly conduct business when renting and managing residential rental property. The course is divided into three distinct sections to focus on those areas which affect the management of rental property:1) Landlord-Tenant Law, forms and Fair housing 2) City Ordinances 3) Practical, Real-World Best Practices.
